This is great for John, but what about the fact that gqueues mobile still sucks. When are we going to get an actual app? You know, that is functional and isn't just a shabby web portal?
What's with shutting down all support/outreach channels? This seems to be the only place to comment on the product. I'm happy with it and would be open to paying more for the service if this was included. Just feel like there's no way to get any questions answered that are overlooked in the documentation. I get not providing it for free customers... but think it at least a feedback channel should be included in paid.I'm looking for more information on how to manage completed tasks. Seems to be a "second class citizen" in the words of other form people. Apologies for commenting out of context, I can't seem to find any other way of contacting the product owner that isn't creepy.
