Help Your Team Work Better, Together, with the New Team Queues


Today we are excited to announce the launch of our most requested, and highly anticipated feature: Team Queues!

With Team Queues we took all the functionality you love about GQueues and re-built each component specifically to help your teams collaborate on tasks.

Simplified Sharing

Now you can set up a team once, and new queues you create in the team are automatically shared with all team members. All queues appear in the same location, in the same order for every person. And permissions are simple -- 5 different roles allow you to give each person the right amount of access to tasks.

Team Calendars

Each team has a separate calendar in Google Calendar, which is automatically shared with all team members. 2-way syncing means changes made by any team member in Google Calendar are reflected back in GQueues for everyone else.

Shared Tags

Teams have their own set of shared tags which ensures tasks are organized in a consistent way. You can choose to allow members to create new shared tags, or limit tagging to the ones you’ve set up in advance.
